Each month is a guided experience that invites you to slow down, tune in, and explore what your body is holding - physically, emotionally, or energetically.
Sometimes that looks like movement, sometimes stillness. It might involve breath, sound, touch, or reflection. No two sessions are the same, but every one offers a chance to come back to yourself, just as you are.
