Things feel foggy, overwhelming, a bit all over the place. Journaling clears that mental clutter. It’s like a daily exhale that brings you back into your body and back to what’s real.

 

You don’t need to be a “writer.” Just show up honestly and write what’s true in the moment - no pressure, no judgment.
