BECOME FULLY COMMITTED

If you want anything to work for you in life, Then become fully committed to it. Drop all that doesn't fit and go for it, on the things that do. It's about being consistent with it all. It's about finding a way, It's about doing the work. And knowing that when I say work, It's about putting in the time & effort, Facing up to the challenges along the way mixed with space, love, fun & joy. Excuses gets you nowhere, They only wrap around you and hold you still. Holding onto your past or all the stories you tell yourself, holds you back. You've gotta let go of who you were to be able to move forward. You are no longer that person who does what others think you should do. You are no longer that person who is taken for granted. You are no longer the one without a voice. You are no longer the one who feels like they've only failed in life. You are no longer that person anymore. You are more than who you have been. Yet, all along the way, who you have been has served you, Who you have been has given you some sense of support, But it's time to give love to that self, Thank that self, and say haere ra (goodbye) to that self, To allow all of you, the fully embraced, real & raw self to come through the door. You have matured, Not in a way that is all serious and stiff, Matured more in a way that you just no longer give a rats about the things that no longer matter. Matured in a way that you've lighted up about many, many things around life & people, And you've taken full responsibility for all that you can for your own life. So stop looking down on yourself. Come from a place of love for yourself & life. There can be times you feel like you're standing out there on the ledge of life alone, But you never are, You are always connected, You are always supported. You have come so far. You can feel it, see it, you know it. So know you can keep climbing, keep reaching for it all. Let there be no other option for you...but all of what you want.
