"My favourite body part is my stomach. I have endometriosis, painful bladder syndrome and pelvic floor dysfunction.
I’ve had four pelvic surgeries over the last few years which has left me with laparoscopic scars and even a new belly button. But my tummy has always been my favourite part of my body and I only love it more now.
It’s not only beautiful but it’s a sign of my strength. It reminds me where I have been and gives me gratitude for my journey now.
My advice to other girls and women is to let go of resistance. Let go of resistance toward things you may not like about your body, let go of resistance toward the way your body is functioning and accept.
Accept that these are the qualities that make you, you. We remove the power from a situation when we accept. So accept that your one kick-ass and unique goddess, And love YOU! For you.
