FIRST THINGS FIRST!

Keep the outside world out until you've done your things, Until you've put what is required of you, for you and what and who you are responsible for first. Every time you bring the outside world into your space before you have looked after yourself, After your present self, After your future self, You are loading yourself up with unnecessary things, information, stresses, triggers that you know you didn't need, that you know do nothing for you, that you know don't support you, so cut it out would ya. Think about when you wake up, you've woken up light maybe (yay to that), or maybe you've woken up with a bit of a loaded feeling already...as soon as you let that outside world in, where you have no control over what will come from it, be it what you see, others energy spaces, others actions, you're simply loading yourself up which is pushing you closer to your limit and all before you have even started on what you need to move yourself forward, to get you to the places you wish to be, to give to those who truly deserve your time & energy, you're already feeling the pressures pushing against you, you're already wishing for the day to flick over to tomorrow to start again, to start a fresh...yet you find yourself on repeat and doing the same as yesterday. So...let yourself go first. Let all the things that you need to set you up for the day, for tomorrow, for your future self, come first so that when you open yourself up to the rest of the world, your things are done, you've moved forward and you've got so much more space & energy to deal with the outside world and won't be pushed to your limit. Write down what you want to complete for yourself today, Set the timer to remind yourself of certain things until they become a habit, Put your hand up to temptations to check in on the world, hold yourself back and remind yourself of what's important right now. Do what will move you forward first and leave everything else, Break your day up so it has things that light you up, be ok to step away from the do do do, give space throughout. Do only what you can do tomorrow and know that it's always enough, stop trying to do tomorrows work as well. But by crikey, put your things first so you can feel a sense of achievement, honouring & respect of self. I know you see others doing it and wonder why you're not...it's because they're putting first things first, everything else is on hold, the outside world is on hold in their time space, until they're done doing them & their life. Everyone can come up with reasons as to why it's harder for them to not move ahead. Those who you see doing it, they too could come up with many reasons to stop them, but they're choosing not to focus on that, they're choosing to focus on what they can control, and finding ways to put what's right for them first. Many have people around them that could bring frustration into their space, Many have children who they're responsible for in guiding them through life, Many have time restraints, Many have had losses in different areas of life (family, friends, love, money etc) Everyone has life going on around them, but the difference is they are stepping into their space first to make sure they are set for the day, that they take the actions that make a difference for their tomorrow. You get to do the same. Be the centre of your world so that you have more to give to the rest of the world.
