HOW JOURNALING HELPED ME SEE MYSELF

I used to think I knew who I was...well I did sure, but not to the level I know myself now. When I started journaling it allowed me to get to see myself for who I really was. It allowed me to see where my flaws were and what I needed to take responsibility for. It allowed me to open up to more possibilities for myself. It allowed me to see all I desired and dream of and take action on becoming that very person. It allowed me to heal parts of me that I was still dragging through my life. It allowed me to clear my mind from all the thinking, the over thinking that occurred daily and allow my mind to rest. It allowed me to see so much I would never had seen had I not started questioning what I wanted for myself, my life, my world. When I look back on journal entries I’m blown away by what has and how much has become a reality for me. They say when you write it down that’s the first step to bringing it into reality. I journal every day...well most days. It’s a part of my daily practice and always will be. So if you want to get started check out my 365 Days Of Growth Journaling. It’s a great place to start your own journaling practice. https://charmainemarinkovich.co.nz/365-days-of-growth.../
