Kick All Your Bullshit To The Curb...

It's time to kick all your BS (I say that with love) to the curb and just get on with being who you fully are in every way possible.
Push whatever people think and may say about you to the side, drop the idea that you're not good enough, thin enough, curvy enough, prettier enough, young enough, old enough, trained enough...all those are just thoughts, just excuses and they are holding you back in doing all that you want for yourself.
If you're waking up thinking, I wish this, I wish that, feeling frustrated that you're not where you thought you'd be at this age, going to sleep at night, still having not done the things you promised yourself that you'd do this morning, last week, or even last month (maybe last year) thinking you'll do it tomorrow for sure.
Well what about right now... instead of scrolling on here and reading this post (ok hold up, don't go just yet...finish this then you may sign out xx ) We often make promises to ourselves and as easy as they are to make them, they are just as easy to break them too...like it's ok to let yourself down.
Well, I'm here to say, it's not ok that you let yourself down. You deserve to keep that promise to yourself, just as you would to a friend or even to your doctor.
I get there are so many areas in life to juggle and that you'd love to see them all running smoothly... Family, Friends, Health (physical & mental), Finances, Work, Spiritually but just know that if you could just choose a couple each day to concentrate on then it won't be so overwhelming. Honor yourself to do what's right for you, what's right for your soul.
When you begin to be the person you want to be and do the things you dream of doing, that there, is what will bring you so much added joy into your life, you will wonder why you didn't get started earlier.
It's the start of the weekend...carve out some time to think about what you want, who you want to be, then make a promise to yourself to start one thing next week that will get you walking in the direction that excites you. Get out of your way....and do whats right by you.
