LET YOUR OWN INNER COMPASS GUIDE YOU.

LET YOUR OWN INNER COMPASS GUIDE YOU...It's all you need. It's so easy to be lead by others compass of life instead of your own. Well you think it's easier, you think you're making life easier for everyone, when in reality you're making life that much harder and heavier for yourself. When we are lead by another's life compass all the time, you're putting your own wants and needs on the back burner and you walk around with an extra weight on your shoulders and you can't seem to figure out why. You think you're being good and nice and doing the right thing, doing right by everyone, the world, but it's actually what is stalling you from doing what brings you alive. When you stop and feel into what you actually want and follow that, oh man you feel the heaviness lift and the lightness seep in, even in the times when it feels hard to move from something, there is still a lightness that moves through you. I trust you want for more of this...I mean why wouldn't you. These last weeks I decided to follow only what my compass guided me to do. It didn't mean moving on every thought I had, it was simply just acknowledging what felt strong and right for me to do. It even saw me make a last minute trip to Auckland one night after working all day to stay with my sister and dance. I thought of all the reasons why I shouldn't, but I kept coming back to how I'd feel if I actually followed through on it. Did following my heart mean my week was amazing, ran smoothly and cancelled out any shit...nope! There were still challenges included. There were moments I didn't want to follow my heart, but I just kept coming back to what my follow through on my choices would make me feel at the end of the day. I cancelled on things, said no to things, put things that didn't move me forward in my business to the side, turned off my phone, got in more early nights...what ever my inner compass lead me to do, I listened and followed. Most of our heaviness in life comes from us following the lead of another instead of our own. It comes from taking on too much of one thing, too much responsibility of others instead of handing it back to them. It's over compensating. When you stop, you will gain so much more time and space...for yourself, to do so much more or to simply just enjoy quiet space to reflect or chill in. But that space & time, freaks you out a little right...yeah I know, I get it. You're not used to it, you're not used to being with just yourself. But that's an amazing space to be in...to find out more of who you are, what jazzes you up to see what else. Ohhhhh so juicy and exciting. But to do so...you've got to let your compass do the work for you and stop relying so much on everyone else's compass - their compass won't guide you to what is for you, their's is for them, yours is for you... Sometimes they lead you in the same direction, Other times in the opposite direction, But always in the right direction. P . S Don't hold back any longer on moving on what's calling you to explore more into being fully and completely you. It's the experiences we create for ourselves in life that shape us. 'BE YOU! The World Will Adjust' Is here and you get to choose the options that works best for you right now. PORTRAIT | COACHING | OR THE DUO Message me https://m.me/charmaine.marinkovich for details.
