Pause, but don't put the breaks on. It's easy to be in such a rush with many things in life, Our minds can rush to all that we wish we could have, Thinking of all the things we could be and should be doing, Seeing others moving forward in areas we wish to. And when it comes to us to move ourselves forward with something, Our minds are rushing, but we put the breaks on, on our own actions, which sees us blocking our own growth. However, when we wish for something from others, and we receive one thing, We can find ourselves wanting even more, Wanting to rush to the next step, and not allowing ourselves to pause with that one thing and enjoy that space for a moment. We can rely on and expect so much from others to move forward quicker for us, so that we feel more satisfied, safe and enough. Instead of pausing to fully absorb that one step, that one space, that one moment. Expecting others to move at a pace for us that they are not yet ready for, is a moment we get to turn and reflect on ourselves. What if instead we could pause our minds for moments on what we want for ourselves, To give space to action those things, enjoy those things, enjoy the process of it all. To pause our minds in each space to really allow it to be what it is for a moment. And to see that over time things won't feel like such a rush, yet with the pauses you will find you have moved further along than you would have if you stayed in the space of a rushing mind. Don't put the handbrake on, simply allow yourself to pause, move, pause, move....and then see where you get to. Life gets to be enjoyed, not rushed along.
