Stop Pushing...

Stop Pushing... Pushing for things you can't have, possibly shouldn't have, don't really want or need,...what ever it is your pushing for...when you push, all you do is push things away and make it all more challenging for yourself.
So stop, Slow down, bring patiences back into your world, Allow yourself the space to breath, Allow yourself to listen and feel into what you really want for yourself. Have trust in those moments, that it is all unfolding just as it's meant to. Allow yourself to know and believe you have all that you need right now.
Last week I let go of something that I always felt was holding me back, I had to decide on what was right going forward. It was a big move for me but I let go of it. I thought by letting go, it would put me in a place of stress, go go go, rushing and pushing, Where in actual fact it did the opposite. I felt the calmest I've felt in a while, I felt content, like really content, I didn't find myself pushing, stressing, rushing at all. I was surprised that I wasn't feeling all these things.
But then I realised it's because I was doing the right thing by me in so many ways. Because I simply decided, which meant, I was ready for the next stage, Because I believed in my ability, in myself a little bit more, And I just trusted that it will all be A-OK. When I let go, it made space for new things and opportunities and some really awesome things followed.
Sometimes we hold on to things a little longer than we'd wish to, mainly because we're not fully ready to let go yet, or because we haven't given ourselves the space to tune into ourselves and get really clear on what is right for us, But when we do, when we get crystal clear, then it's simply just a matter of deciding and going all in with what we truly want, no matter who scary and wobbly it can feel at times.
What I know to be true, is that when you stretch yourself a little or a lot maybe, When you step in to a space that you've never been before, When you listen and feel into how you want to be for yourself and then take action on that... You become a new person in that very moment.
It may not be visible to anyone else, But YOU can feel it inside of you...you felt the shift and it felt amazing...that's a new version of YOU! And that's all that matters.
Acknowledge yourself, Believe in yourself, Have trust in yourself, You've got this, if you want it!
