STRIP IT ALL RIGHT BACK

Strip it all right back...right back to the bones of it all. Right back to the very beginning before anything got in your way, before anything interfered with your thoughts, your way of being, your way of acting. As we walk through this life of ours, the way we are is formed by our experiences, by those we have been influenced by, by our environment, so many things have been ingrained in us and we find ourselves living in a state of being that isn't always true to who we are at the very core of who we are, if you know what I mean. For many we can be living in a state of scarcity in some areas, A state of fear, A state of control, Gosh even a state of being available to too many, Whatever it is for you....but it's all we have known how, well for a good part of it all anyway. And when we can see how we are, the place in which we are operating from, then we get to choose to move from that space and surrender to what it is. Seeing it for what it is, can be the hardest part, to recognise that part of you, accepting that part of you. Shifting from that place...oh man, that takes another level of discomfort, to step back from how you've been for a good while. Then that moment when you completely strip it back, to the bone, to the core, Then you can see there will be a part that you get to come back to, where you get to step forward to find that happy medium space that's just right. The space where you've stepped away enough to feel the freedom from that state that had a good hold on you, yet to also still feel a little of it as a reminder, as a way of not completely being numb to it all, yet it becomes the driver in you to know exactly where you stand in your own self, your own being. There was one moment in my life....a moment that spread over many years, A area in my life that I was in control of, because there was no other option, I was it, until I wasn't and I handed all aspects over and let go of control, for a few reasons. Until one day I realised I had gone from full control, to none...and neither felt good, felt right, And so I started to trust myself in that area again and bring back some control...to find that happy medium space. The space that I knew when to take control and when to let go. Acknowledging it was hard, Letting it go was hard, Gaining some back was hard, Yet in the end it felt right. What are you letting too much of one thing be a part of you? Pull it right back to zero then step forward to find that space that feels just right...it will be one hell of a dance at times, but you'll find it, and when you do, you will feel a sense of centeredness within you.
