TAKE NOTE OF THE SUBTLE THINGS IN LIFE. So much can be found in there. More than you realise. Too often many are waiting for big things to happen, the big signs, the more noticeable and sometimes the more explainable things to take place...because...well, that seems easier. Easier to notice, makes more sense to hear and sometimes question, yet it's actually the opposite. Sure take note of, enjoy, question the big things, by all means, but get in tune with noticing the more subtle, non-explainable, less obvious things in life. Maybe something feels off, for no other reason than just feeling off...listen to that. You don’t need an explanation. You don’t need to know why, you don’t need a bigger sign, for more noticeable things to come into play...what you need to listen to, is whatever comes to you that you question. You'll be able to recognise yourself question the subtleties that come up for you, Simply by the feeling within you, The tilt of head, The brief pause in your speech, The holding of your breath, All within a quick moment. And just as quickly as the question within you arises, It subsides by reasoning the questioning out, Just as you would iron a wrinkle out of a shirt. It's there, then it's gone and all seems back to being ok again. Until the next time. Maybe something feels so good in the most simplest form...listen to this too. Most great things, are the simple things in life, the most enjoyable, the most memorable, the most fulfilling. It's the simply things in life that have you feeling great, They're the very things you'll never find yourself question, Because it just happens, naturally, freely, easily. And you desire more of this. So enjoy the simplicities that life has to offer you... Sounds, words, gestures, movements, nature, stillness, scents And you will feel more fulfilled within yourself. Yet if you feel yourself questioning any of it, You will feel it, You will feel the difference, So be sure to listen to the difference and do right by you in those moments, with no explanation needed.
