THE 'F' WORDS...

The 'F Words' that had to come out of my mouth today...
Today I've being feeling that vibe of energy, The joy of feeling good, I'm smiling, today was a good. Today I felt like I included so many things I love.
Today I got to see a client, her portraits were beautiful.
I got my house cleaned as a birthday gift to myself to get ready for my party (I hate cleaning with a passion, but it's gotta be done)
Lunch was enjoyed with my Mum.
I brought a new outfit for my 40th that I love love love....(and funnily enough it's not from the op shop or Kmart where I usually find my treasures)
I've spent time writing,
My house is filled with flowers from family & friends, they look beautiful, they smell beautiful, I love seeing them.
I even just washed my face with a amazing skincare range from a beautiful client of mine, and that makes me feel good.
And after two weeks with the kids, tonight I get to have a whole nights sleep in my bed and no little arms and legs crossed over me...lately I've been sleeping in a minimum of 3 beds each night.
And... I'm looking forward to tomorrow as I'll be photographing again.
However... with all this feeling of goodness, feeling happy, there is this underlying feeling of bla, flatness, a little ache bubbling away at the very core of me. It's just sitting there, I know it's not going to do anything...haha like erupt, It's just simmering away like the bubbles coming out of the jets of a spa...(just a little annoying at times) I know what this feeling is, where it's coming from, I've recognised it, I've said 'Hey' to the bloody thing...'thanks for joining me' Now....'F#@%' it and 'F&@#%'
Sometimes it can swing the other way... You could be having a day that just isn't going the way you'd hoped, yet your underlying feeling can be a bubble of happiness for something else, and what a beautiful touch of hope to hold onto in this case.
But ya know what. When you're feeling any negative feelings, focus on that for a moment and just allow yourself to really FEEL it...when you do, it starts to slip away the more you allow yourself to feel. Yet, and this is the good part, When you're feeling all the good feels, The more you FOCUS on those feeling, the more it actually grows.
So those two 'F' words again... FEEL and FOCUS Feel the negative....and it slips away. Focus on the positive and it grows all day.
