THE ONLY VALIDATION YOU REQUIRE...

The only validation you need,
Is validation from yourself.
You need it not from others.
Sure validation from others feels good,
Man it feels sooo good,
Validation helps us connect to others,
However, it's in those moments when you're not validated by those you look to for it, is when you start to feel the ping inside of you.
It's when you may find yourself fighting for what you want to stand for,
It's when you no longer want to hear what they have to say,
It's when you feel unheard.
It's when you are leaning on someone else's beliefs and ways of seeing things,
Instead of leaning into your truth,
Into your beliefs and your own ways of seeing.
When someone doesn't validate you, for your ways, your ideas, your beliefs.
You can also find yourself backing down from what you really want,
From what actually excites you, feeds you.
You stop trusting in yourself.
No-one, No-one knows or feels what you feel for you...deeply.
No-one can truly understand all that goes on inside of you
Except for you.
So look for validation from inside of YOU.
You have all the answers,
You have all you need,
It's just about starting where you are and giving yourself permission to be all of you in a way that works.
When you can validate yourself,
Your conversation changes from
'What do you think about this' to
'Guess what I'm doing'
You are more certain in who you are,
You become more confidant in how you move, speak, work, live,
You gain more empowerment from self, from within.
You choose exactly what's right for you in the way you feel & believe.
You trust in yourself.
Simply because you are choosing you
You are validating yourself.
It's great to have conversations, to see others perspectives,
Other ideas could also open up.
However, if you are so excited, lit up by something you know is right for you,
Roll with that,
It's those moments you don't need validation, permission to move on it.
If it truly what YOU want for YOU..
Go for it.
Go all in on it.
Back yourself.
ALWAYS!
