THE VOICE OF TRUTH

Do you ever just want to throw your hands in the air and say 'F*#% it all' And just start doing everything and anything that you're so called to do? With no thought of what the outcome will be, With no care of what others think of you, But yet in every way staying in integrity with yourself, with others & with life. Do you ever have that burning, bubbling sensation inside of you that is just bursting to come out. And that in those little moments when you let a little slice of it out, you feel amazing, you feel fulfilled, you at times can feel so tired in such a good way. We put so much pressure on ourselves as to why we shouldn't do something, We let little voices sneak in, when the only voice we should be listening to is our souls voice, the voice of truth, the voice that knows exactly what it wants and where it wants to take us. We know we will never ever please everyone, We know there will always be someone, more than one, who will have an opinion on what we choose to do & have for ourselves. And sometimes they have our best interests at heart, yet it's not always what OUR heart desires. When we let ourselves create, we learn to breathe deeply, When we let ourselves express, we learn to connect deeply, When we let ourselves bring out all of who we are, we learn what freedom really is. Let yourself do what ever you are being called to do. For some that may be to pull back on something that just doesn't fit for you anymore, For others it may be to put yourself out there more and share more with the world, because that's right for you. Write, act, paint, draw, photograph, speak, sing, dance, run, flip, design...what ever it is...just do it! When you create what's inside of you and you share your creations, you are giving others a gift from your soul, One of the greatest gifts you could ever give as it's filled with your time, passion, love, knowledge & skill. You can never go wrong. Throw your hands in the air and wave them like ya just don't care...
