VERSION 4.5 IS CALLING YOU

There's this point where change is calling you, big change.

You feel this stirring inside you, a rumbling, where in a way it's pushing you.

A knowing that staying the same is no longer an option.

You're no longer waiting, you can't wait, your courage has wrapped around you, and you've started walking the path of the unknown.

Version 4.5

You've been here before, yet each time is different.

Each time breaking up with another part of yourself.

It's unsettling, yet liberating,

There's loss, yet so much to gain.

You're unsure if you have the energy, yet enough is always brought forward.

No matter how many times you step towards change, it stretches you.

Change throws you over to the other side,

Who you were, to who you became, is miles apart, a completely different person.

There had to be no option for any part of your old self to have any seat at the table for the change you needed to happen.

Then comes the time...

You're proud of the change that's occurred,

You're proved to yourself of what you're capable of,

Yet you realise, you let go of some of the best parts of you in the same breath of change - the parts that gave you your zest.

This has been me.

I noticed it some time ago, so started to add things back into life,

And just the other day I was going through some archives - videos, and I missed parts of me that I had let go of in the pursuit to change a big part that need changing.

As I watched her, she made me smile,

She had life, was bubbly, laughter, play and creating at every opportunity she could.

Remembering her at those time, I knew her pain, but also knew her joy.

And so now I get to bring back the parts that I loved about her, that made me, me and weave her into my now.

I know we all do this...

Look back on old photos and remember ourselves in those different times,

Remembering what was going on in life and how we felt,

We also look back and learn to love those parts of us we may have taken for granted, or didn't appreciate, or just didn't see.

But here's the beautiful thing,

Any parts you may have let go of, without knowing,

They're still sitting inside you, waiting for you to reach back in and pull them forward.

You have access to it all, the best parts of you, never die.

So go get em

Those parts of you have matured to, so they won't be exactly the same, they'll be even better.

We keep saying, we have one life and to make the most of it,

Anddddd we keep saying, one day...nooooo...change that to - today! Now!

Don't take life for granted,

Don't take yourself or life so seriously,

Savor and love every part of your being, every gift you bring to the table.

We are each woven from different threads, stitched together in ways no one else can be. No fabric, no being, is ever the same.

Embrace the qualities that fuel you.

They are not there by accident.

They are your power, your flavour flav, your zest.

My wish for you is that you make the most of yourself in this lifetime. To feel, to express, to experience life in a way that feeds you on every level - no matter what the world may say.
