WHAT CHANGED?

Hey, How are you? Are you ok, just ok, really ok, really good, so good?

Isn't it so interesting that we can wake up feeling one way or another. Some days are just bla and other days you feel on top of the world.

Isn't it also interesting how good something can feel and then it can change just like that...Do you even know why it changed. And I don't mean what you think happened, but why did it energetically changed, why did it emotionally change, why did it physically change, why did it spiritually change, why did it mentally change, what responsibility, what part do you think you played, What old beliefs, old habits came up for you?

Ohh they're some big questions And ones many never really ask themselves. Many find it challenging to even take a look at themselves and think they had anything to do with it. Well we all have our roles to play in life, in every situation, in every interaction, we all have responsibilities in everything that is part of our life.

So what emotions did you feel? What space were you trying to fill in your life? What were you trying to avoid? What were you giving up for yourself thinking it was the best move to take? Were you dancing to a tune that wasn't your tune?

It's so easy to get so caught up in the good feels of life, that it can be in those moments, we can so easily forget about what we need on a daily basis to do for ourselves first, before putting energy into other things outside of us ...one moment we can be dancing along, feeling good, and as soon as the music stops, it's like you can deflate like a big inflatable bouncy castle.

It's usually in these moments that you realise, you were looking outside of you again, you were allowing too many external factors to enter into your life, before doing the internal work first. For a moment you let go of you, of who you are, and all that you needed.

People, situations, opportunities are brought to you for a reason.

Some to show you all that you deserve, that you are worthy of having, to show you how much love, support you have, to show you how much courage, strength, ability you have, to show you how much goodness actually surrounds you and is within you.

Then there are some things that show you a lesson. One you need to learn over and over, some just once, some to test you on all that you have been learning to see if you are actually ready for the change you have asked for, the change that you so want for yourself - are you actually ready for it, are you ready to fully back yourself?

These lessons can really suck. They can be painful, lonely, like it just doesn't seem right, but really it's just strengthening your inner self a little bit more.

You know all that you are, you know all that you can do and be. So look at what it's brought up for you...so much of your truth comes out of every encounter, every situation.

This my friend is the most powerful transformation within yourself you can have, when you can acknowledge the part you played in any given situation. To be able to ask yourself the deeper questions of what you have learnt about yourself, what you have been shown and what lessons you can take from it. When you can look at things in this way, you can then be thankful for all that shows up for you...there really is no other way to look at it.

It is in these times you get to go a little deeper into knowing yourself on all levels, allowing all parts of you to play a role in your every day living. To love these parts of you wholeheartedly, fully and completely.

Embrace those great times, when things feel so good, just remember to always tune into you, remember to never let go of what you know you need for yourself, to support yourself on all levels in the way that you know how to. Give love, give thanks and keep moving, so that if things change in any way, you know you did all you knew that was right for you in every moment.
