YOU'VE GOTTA START PLAYING...

You've gotta start playing around with the idea of things and not just keep them as a thought in your mind, a repeating dream throughout your days or spoken words that automatically fall flat. And instead bring yourself out to play in the world, giving yourself the chance to explore, express and experience new things, new ways, new insights to what's available for you. When you stay in the space of thoughts and dreams, I know you can bring all the things out, the details, the feeling, you can see it all...I know you can...yet that seems to be where it stops and goes no further...which means it's just a dream and will stay so until you make a decision to bring it forward...bring it to life. It doesn't matter what it is you wish for...you've got to step before you're ready. You've got to allow yourself to be that person, before you're actually that person. You may not feel it, You may not even believe it, But if you want it, you've gotta just go for it. Grab that idea of yours, of what you want to do or of who you wish to be and come at it from all angles. To often we're looking at things from one perspective, When really we could do a 360 dance around it, through it, over it, under it, to see what else. There is always...what else... There is always...other options... There is always...other ways to see things, If only we allow ourselves to explore it all. Give something, anything, a go that will bring you closer to your thoughts and dreams. It may not be amazing to start with, It may not make complete sense to start with, Damn it may very well feel weird, crazy, uncomfortable, wobbly, You may fail, mess up, say the wrong thing But at least you're giving yourself a shot at what you want for yourself in this world right - right! It's always the unknown that holds us back, The thoughts of others that whisper in our ears, Yet the moments when you allow yourself to be stretched, twisted, deep in the awesome mess of it all, Are the moments you feel you're getting somewhere...that you're heading in the right direction, And another step closer to having that thought become a reality. Don't give up on yourself and your dreams. For if you can see it, you can have or be it...never stop playing.
