YOUR MEDICINE IS IN YOUR EXPRESSION

Your medicine is in your expression. You require nothing more to make you feel better within yourself and connected back to you. Your health relies on this more than anything else...it's the piece many are missing. Feeling tightness in your chest and a grip around your throat, Is your sign to speak the words that you're holding onto. If you're sitting in hope or wonder with another, Share what you would love to see happen and you will know if it's reciprocated. You will know where each other stands and the next part of what is for you will be revealed. Feel like banging your head against the wall because you feel nobody listens to you or cares what you have to say, Sit back and learn to really listen yourself, hear others words and nothing more. Then ask for the same in return. Do you get frustrated at others for not doing what you see they're good at & capable of doing, Try stepping into what you're good at & capable of doing. Show, don't tell. But get onto doing what you love. Feel like no one accepts you for your choices, your ways, See where you're not accepting others for their choices and relax into differences of opinions. Criticise others for the way they're living, all that they're doing in their life, coming up with reasons as to what you think is really happening for them, like it can't be real, because it's not real for you. Start choosing what you wish to see for yourself and let others choose to live their way...you've only got your life to live, not others. Feel like you're desires are never met by the people who you wish to meet them. Stop expecting them to read your mind, to guess, to think they should know and start asking for what you want. Mind games are messy and get you know where. Feel like you don't really know your partner, your kids, your family? Then begin to get to know yourself. It's hard to know others if you don't even know you fully. Then start taking note of what tickles the fancy of those close to you...when you become aware it's really clear to see what lights them up. Even straight out ask them if you need to. Feel like you just want to roar like a lioness some days, Go smash that damn boxing bag or pillow, let it out, then ask yourself where does something require change. Then action it. Your constant frustration at anything or anyone is you allowing something that doesn't work for you to stay the same and doing nothing about it. Sweeping it under the rug. Get frustrated at yourself for not being able to be the person you so desire to be, wondering how others can do it that looks so easy for them. Start practicing it, know they were beginners with it at one point too, feel it, dance with the different energies to see how you can shift between them, allow yourself to be the beginner of something that lights you up. Make it a daily practice to step into the space within yourself of who you wish to be. Feeling joy throughout your body is the killer of all negative energy. Find what you love in this life time and really give time & energy to it. Be it people, places or projects. Whoever, whatever lights you up and brings good to your world also, do more of it, build on it, appreciate it. And go all in on being you, in your way!
