STOP LIMITING YOURSELF.

Stop Limiting Yourself. Look I want to be honest, shit happens, it happens to all of us at some time or another, But it's how you choose to deal with it that will make the difference. It can be so damn easy to sit in victim mode, the space where we think things happen to us, that others are responsible for how we feel. And look again, we can't change how people are with us at all, but we can change how we react, respond and move from it. There was a good time in my life that I felt everything happened to me, that I couldn't get a break, things just kept popping up left, right and centre and it was like one thing would just clear and something else would happen. No time to breathe between events. Thing is...it's what I was expecting in my world. It's all I felt I knew, that shit just happened...and so, guess what, it's all I received. It's like anything...it's all just a ripple effect. If we think something will happen, what we create in our mind, will likely happen....good or bad. That is how strong our mind is. When you sit in victim mode, poor me mode, shit always happens to me mode, everyone is against me mode, no one understands me mode....I think you get the point...this is the energy you sit in, this is the energy you put out into the world. Trust me I know this so well. It's all I ever was. This is the space where things will feel like they just keep happening to you, this is the space that limits you on all that's available for you. But if you can flick that to...what lesson is here for me, what were the good parts of it, what can I do about it, how can I support myself, what do I choose from this day forward, how else can I look at this differently and come from a space of love & kindness for yourself and others. The energy in this is so different, so much lighter and free. This space is where your world starts to flow again with limitless possibilities. So how do you shift from one space to another...give yourself space, ask for space, slow things down for a moment, breathe, communicate your needs, set stronger yet healthier boundaries, then get back into doing what lights you up, what fills you with joy in the best way you can with what you have already. However you allow your mind to think, will change the way you feel in your body, and that's what will ripple out into the world. It's not what you do, it's more on how you're being that makes the difference, so be the person you know in your heart is the best one to be. The Home of Expression
